Cargo equipped with S/W and T/W is inspected upon departure and arrival, and the information forwarded to you via e-mail (JTR). Also available on our website.
Low-speed, stable ground transport
Low speed ground transport at each airport to ensure minimum impact.
Onboard priority
High priority to reserved flight.
Document delivery time
Available within 60 minutes after arrival.
Booked delivery
You can pick up shipment at your most convenient time (Within free storage period after a certain period of time after flight arrival). Contact us at the arrival airport in advance.

We ensure accurate handling with a tag especially for J PRODUCTS affixed to the container.

House AWB level status information

Cargo status information on the more detailed House AWB level will be provided via our website or via an industry standard EDI message(FZE). (Limitations may apply to cargo originating from certain cities outside of Japan).

Conditions on the Use of this Service
AWB Please use JAL's AWB (131-) or JAA's AWB (688-). Also, please indicate commodity code (J CARE or JCA) in the "Accounting Information"column.
Reservations Indicate "J CARE" when making a reservation.
Applicable Cargo Sensitive shipment and other cargo requiring special handling.
